TnTRBOX ("rbox") grants you, an individual user, the right to use this beta test version of RETROBOX (the "Software") on one or more computers for a limited time determined in Rbox's sole discretion (the "Test Period"), solely for the purpose of testing and evaluating the software and providing feedback on its design, features and faults to rbox. You agree to return or destroy all copies of the Software at the conclusion of the Test Period. This license is not transferable; you agree not to make copies of the Software or allow any other person to use it or make copies of it.

The Software is an unfinished test version.
You acknowledge that the Software is expected to have faults and errors, and that its use is expected to result, from time to time, in "crashes" and loss of information.
